Complete visibility into your 10M/100M/1G/10G copper networksProfitap Copper TAPs provide complete access and visibility into your network by creating an exact copy of full-duplex 10M/100M/1G/10G traffic at wire speed with no impact to the network link. Profitap Copper TAPs introduce no point of failure to the network. They are designed for redundant powering, which allows a second power supply to activate if the first were to become unavailable. In case of complete power loss, Profitap Copper TAPs guarantee that the link remains operational by instantly switching to a fully passive mode.
To maintain the network connection and prevent any interruption in traffic flow, all Profitap Active Copper TAPs feature the No Break fail-safe functionality — a quick switching mechanism which ensures a very short recovery time of the network link, thanks to the use of high-speed relays, and allowing network traffic to pass through the TAP even when power is disrupted.

Profitap 10GBASE-T TAP provides fail-safe access for monitoring 10M/100M/1G/10G traffic. The 10GBASE-T TAP also supports Link Failure Propagation (LFP) to prevent network downtime.
Port Replicator
The Gigabit Port Replicator provides non-intrusive access for SPAN port monitoring. It copies input data from 1 x 10/100/1000 mirrored or SPAN port, to 4 x 10/100/1000 output monitoring ports.
Portable Copper TAPs
Profitap Portable Copper TAPs allow passive access for copper monitoring devices. These TAPs guarantee the availability of a permanent network link, with no failover time or link restoration delay.
