An individual calls and says he has hooked up his Wireshark through a SPAN port. He is troubleshooting some reported VoIP and Video issues and MOS scores very low in the 2-3 range. Yet when he sees the frames he is getting good results no bad frames, good timing reports, etc. The bad reports are still coming in but he still sees no flows that show any issue.
